CPW hosting public meeting for Boyd Lake State Park Management Plan feedback

LOVELAND, Colo. — Colorado Parks and Wildlife will host a public meeting to discuss updating the Park Management Plan for Boyd Lake State Park. The Park Management Plan acts as a roadmap of short-term and long-term priorities for current and future park staff, partnering agencies, elected officials and the public. Boyd Lake last updated its Plan in 1997.

The public meeting will be Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Chilson Recreation Center, Oak Room. The address is 700 E 4th St, Loveland, CO 80537. To attend in person, please register at this link. To attend virtually, please register using this zoom link.

CPW Park Management Plans encompass many aspects including visitor experience, future recreation needs, resource management and guiding budget allocations. Public feedback is a key element in creating management decisions.
